The following is not intended to offend or annoy anyone, just to make clear the way we do business which has protection of our staff and our customers at its heart. The vast majority of our customers are lovely friendly and enthusiastic people who are valued members of our family, and we greatly appreciate your custom! :D
Payment
We respectfully ask that payment is recieved within 7 days of placing your order, if there is a problem with this please discuss with us prior to ordering to clear this. In any circumstance, payment must be recieved in full before any order is sent out, for obvious reasons! If we have agreed to a deadline, we will do our very best to honour that promise! we have not yet missed a deadline but for overseas shipping please bear in mind that we cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs, these can be anywhere up to 2 months in our experience and no-one can predict how they will go. All we can say is order in advance wherever possible! We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. We have to buy in expensive materials and dedicate a lot of time to each order, and will not refund you because you have changed your mind so please be sure you want the garment before committing yourself! Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer, please do not ask us to falsely mark a package "gift" as this is illegal. If your order is refunded for whatever reason then customs charges paid by you will not be included in the amount. Neither will our shipping charges.
Shipping
Our parcels are always insured and recorded to make sure they are secure! please note that the shipping charges reflect the actual cost to us, as corsets are heavy! The charges we pay often exceed this amount, so were really not ripping anyone off :) Please note that we ship using recycled materials to keep costs down and to reduce the impact on the environment, it wont be pretty but it will be secure! promise! Once again, customs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
We work tirelessly to ensure we send out gourgeous and unique items but will also happily work with a client in the unlikely event that they are dissatsified with their commision. We will refund minus postage and customs charges in the event that we have made to the wrong measurements (not when wrong measurements have been supplied to us) or if the product is of unsatisfactory quality (please, no unpicked stitches, we know our own work!) any returns will need to be checked by us personally to ensure the claim is genuine before sending out your cheque and apology! Damage or loss will be dealt with through the appropriate courier (usually royal mail) and compensation will be sent when the claim has been processed by them.

Just to say that we hope no-one is offended by this, we take great pride in our exemplory customer service and friendly relationship with clients, and this is no reflection on the great many wonderful and inspirational people we are so lucky to work with! We do just feel the need to point out that we are not a huge corporation, just a few people looking to give you the best in quality and design, made with love and pride. I ask that you treat myself and my staff with the resepct I feel we earn in all communication, verbal abuse is takien very seriously indeed, and we would ask that you keep any explicit details to yourselves! ;) We are only frail little girlies and ever so innocent!
