Sizes/Ordering

Each tutu waist measurment sizes (8-12) approximately, if you would like larger sizes please email me at
CurlyBonesCreations@hotmail.co.uk with your requirements with at least 7 days notice to
make one especially for you! 

Payment


We accept payment via PAYPAL... The best and safest way to transfer money.

We do ask that your payment is recieved within 7 days of placing your order, (If payment is recieved earlier I will dispatch your Tutu earlier) if you are unable to comply with this, we would be grateful if you would email this information when ordering, full payment must be recieved before any order is sent out.

 

 

Shipping UK/Overseas

 

UK parcels are dispatched standard 2nd Class Royal Mail (3-5 working days). For outside the UK it depends on the recieving countries postal service.
For shipping overseas please take into consideration, that we cannot take responsibility for overseas custom delays, they can take up to 2 months, so advanced ordering is essential to avoid disappointment.  
Customs charges are the responsibility of you the buyer, and please do not ask for falsely marked packages ie, "gift"  this is illegal. If your order is refunded (for whatever reason) customs charges which are paid by you, will not be included in the amount, nor will our shipping charges. All pacels are recorded and insured to make sure they are secure. Please note the shipping charges reflect the actual cost to us and you have the sound knowledge that all parcels are wrapped in recyclable materials. (We love the planet too)

Cleaning

 

We recommend that all our garments are HAND WASHED ONLY, at 30-40°C 
Some of our Tutus have paint/glitter/foil effects so... DO NOT IRON... or you will find the paint/glitter/foil will appear on the bottom of your iron...!

 

 

Returns/Refunds and Exchanges

 

As all our items are handmade and go through our quality control department before we send them to you, they are made to last but please be respectful of the fabrics. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will exchange for another. When returning, please obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE. We do not keep quantities in stock as all our items are hand-crafted /customised etc.. and no two items will be exactly the same... Please email us within 7 days of receipt of the item, so that we can come to a satisfactory and mutual agreement with regards to exchange or refund. Exchanges and refunds can ONLY be accepted if the item has not be used/worn/soiled/damaged and is returned to us in the same condition it was posted to you in. YOUR RETURNED ITEM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED/EXCHANGED UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR CONFIRMATION FROM US THAT WE WILL ACCEPT THE ITEM FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE VIA EMAIL.
